On Monday, May 3rd, the Small Business Administration has started accepting applications for its Restaurant Relief Fund (RRF). The $28.6 billion RRF provides funding to help restaurants and other food and drink businesses for revenues lost during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your tenants may be eligible to apply for the RRF and rent is an allowable use of funds.
