Chase Properties is seeking to acquire high-quality stabilized shopping centers, as well as properties that have redevelopment, renovation or re-tenanting potential.
We pay market prices based on existing net operating income and are seeking shopping centers that meet the following criteria:
Location: Secondary and tertiary markets in the Eastern half of the United States
Tenancy: Strong national or regional anchors
Size: Approximately 50,000 square feet or greater
