678 Killian Rd is a 26,000 square foot cross-docked truck terminal situated on over 11 acres in Akron, OH. The property benefits from being positioned just off I-77, midway between downtown Akron and the Akron-Canton airport. Originally constructed in 1969 and expanded over the years, 678 Killian has a terminal with 24 cross-docks (48 doors) and a separate service bay. The asset was sold vacant, and we closed with a new 10-year lease with Clean Earth.
