Steven Jones

As the Senior Vice President of Multifamily and Industrial, Steven leads the acquisition efforts for these asset classes for Chase Properties and the Kline family office.  Since arriving at Chase in 2021, Steven has closed $90M of industrial and multifamily real estate, raised the company’s first industrial fund, and is currently raising its second.

Previously, Steven was the Vice President and Head of Acquisitions for a private multifamily REIT at Benefit Street Partners.

Steven began his career at Starwood Capital Group on the multifamily asset management team in Atlanta.  He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Economics specialization.

Steven loves spending time with his wife and his daughter, traveling the world and playing music.
