Rob Shafer

Rob Joined Chase Properties in March of 2024 as Director of Construction.

Prior to joining Chase Properties, Rob was Senior Construction Manager at Rush Truck Dealerships where he was responsible for all construction projects east of the Mississippi River in the U.S. Prior to Rush, he held Construction Manager Roles with Signet Jewelers and Travel Centers of America.

Rob is a former United States Marine and graduate of Akron Machine and Design Institute. He is a published author of a children’s book and martial arts enthusiast.
