Marco Macali
Retail Transactions Director
Marco serves as the Director of Retail Acquisitions & Dispositions. In his role, Marco is responsible for all aspects of acquisition and disposition execution from origination to closing for the firm’s retail shopping center strategy.
Prior to joining Chase Properties, he worked as a Manager of Acquisitions & Dispositions at ShopCore Properties. There he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and execution of acquisition and disposition opportunities of grocery-anchored shopping centers on behalf of Blackstone. Marco began his career as a corporate finance analyst for Equity Lifestyle Properties, a publicly traded manufactured housing REIT based in Chicago. Marco has been involved in the acquisition of over $2.4bn and the disposition of over $1.7bn of retail shopping centers.
Marco holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.
