John A. Grib

John serves as the Director of Industrial & IOS Acquisitions, where he is focused on the origination, investment, and management of these assets for the firm.

Prior to Chase, John was the Senior Associate of Acquisitions for Stonemont Financial Group’s $750M+ industrial outdoor storage venture. He also worked at the Blackstone Group within the Tactical Opportunities team’s $50B+ Insurance Solutions platform.

John received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Real Estate from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management and previously served as a real estate professor at Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business.

John lives in New York where he enjoys exploring the city and running along the West Side Highway.
