Anthony Roman

Anthony joined the company in January of 2016 and serves as Chase Properties’ Vice President, Controller. Anthony is responsible for managing all daily accounting operations for retail & non-retail assets in the portfolio. In this role, he is also responsible for performing various financial operations associated with acquisitions/dispositions, lender financial reporting, tax appeals, budgeting & forecasting and various cash management functions.

Anthony graduated from Cleveland State University with degrees in both Business Management and Marketing. Prior to his employment at Chase Properties, he worked as a corporate accountant for ABM Industries managing their Chicago branch financials consisting of over 80 parking locations.

Anthony currently lives in Cleveland’s westside with his wife, Erica, and their Golden Retriever Tyson. He loves cheering on various Cleveland sports teams and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
