Boasting trade area incomes of over $100,000, Stillwater is a strong retail hub on Minneapolis/St. Paul’s east side. A new commuter bridge over the St. Croix River provides Wisconsin residents improved access to take advantage of Minnesota’s sales tax exemptions on many retail items and services.

On Monday, May 3rd, the Small Business Administration has started accepting applications for its Restaurant Relief Fund (RRF). The $28.6 billion RRF provides funding to help restaurants and other food and drink businesses for revenues lost during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your tenants may be eligible to apply for the RRF and rent is an allowable use of funds. While we are not experts and can’t answer specifics related to the RRF, we encourage all Borrowers and tenants to visit the SBA website and determine if their company is eligible.
