Commons at Magnolia is a 222,591 square foot Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart anchored shopping center located on the northeast quadrant of I-95 and David H McLeod Blvd (US 20) in Florence, South Carolina. Boasting a trade area of well over 175,000, the US 20 corridor, home to Magnolia Mall (PREIT), is a strong regional retail hub between Columbia to the west and Myrtle Beach to the east.

On Monday, May 3rd, the Small Business Administration has started accepting applications for its Restaurant Relief Fund (RRF). The $28.6 billion RRF provides funding to help restaurants and other food and drink businesses for revenues lost during the COVID-19 pandemic. Your tenants may be eligible to apply for the RRF and rent is an allowable use of funds. While we are not experts and can’t answer specifics related to the RRF, we encourage all Borrowers and tenants to visit the SBA website and determine if their company is eligible.
