CLEVELAND, OH – January 4, 2024 – Chase Properties is proud to announce the acquisition of Valparaiso Walk, a high-traffic retail shopping center in Valparaiso, Indiana. Built in 2004, the center features an impressive tenant lineup including Marshalls, Best Buy, Michaels, and Ross Dress for Less, with shadow anchors such as Chick-fil-A, Menards, Home Depot, Target, and Kohl’s further enhancing foot traffic and visibility.

Located just north of Valparaiso’s primary interchange, Valparaiso Walk enjoys a prime position in the area’s dominant retail corridor. The property benefits from strong daily traffic counts, excellent regional access, and a growing residential population.
