Chase Properties Announces the Acquisition of Williams Crossing Shopping Center in Bedford, Indiana

Chase Properties Ltd., a Beachwood, Ohio-based owner and operator of shopping centers, announces the acquisition of Williams Crossing in Bedford, Indiana from Horne Properties. Williams Crossing is a 50,000 square foot shopping center that is shadow-anchored by a Super Walmart. Other tenants in the center include Dollar Tree, Maurices, Shoe Show and Hibbett Sports. Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Bedford is located 25 miles south of Bloomington, Indiana and 80 miles south of Indianapolis. Other major retailers within close proximity to Williams Crossing are Lowes Home Improvement, Kmart and Goody’s. Williams Crossing is Chase Properties’ third acquisition over the past year as the company continues to focus on acquisition of high quality shopping centers in both secondary and tertiary markets.
