Ari Feiger

Ari Feiger is the Director of Multifamily Transactions and is responsible for overseeing all multifamily transactions and portfolio asset management.

Prior to joining Chase Properties, Ari spent nearly seven years with one of the nation’s top multifamily real estate developers, The NRP Group, where he served as an Asset Manager overseeing the market rate portfolio underwriting new opportunities for investment committee, asset managing, and leading disposition efforts. Before his time at The NRP Group in Cleveland, Ari worked in NY at both Goldman Sachs and Ernst & Young.

Ari is a proud graduate of Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, followed by earning his CPA license. Ari is a member of the National Young Leadership Cabinet of Jewish Federations of North America as well as serving on the Community Relations Committee at the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.

Ari loves running outdoors and spending time at the park with his wife and three young children.
