Noah Markovitch
Director of Industrial Acquisitions
Noah Markovitch is the Director of Industrial Acquisitions and is responsible for overseeing all Industrial transactions and portfolio asset management.
Prior to joining Chase Properties, Noah spent nearly seven years at AR Global Investments, a large real estate investment manager, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management across the firm’s industrial, office, retail, and hospitality portfolios. During his time at AR Global, Noah was involved in the completion of over $2 billion of transactions. Noah started his career in the Real Estate group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Noah graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management. Outside of work, Noah enjoys watching his favorite South Florida sports teams, and spending time with his wife and child.
