Integrity at Our Core

Integrity is the foundation of everything we do. At Chase Properties, we prioritize transparency, accountability, and long-term relationships over short-term gains. Since 1973, our reputation has been built on doing the right thing—ensuring trust, delivering results, and creating lasting value for our investors, partners, and communities.

Our Founding Principles

Chase Properties was founded in 1973 by Stuart Kline and Lou Weisberg, blending expertise in retail strategy with deep business experience. From day one, our guiding principle was clear: disciplined investing in dominant and stable shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets. This approach has made us a top U.S. owner of community shopping centers, spanning over eight million square feet.

A Proven Model

Our properties in smaller markets have demonstrated remarkable stability even during challenging economic times. By acquiring the best properties in smaller markets, we achieve better yields and ensure long-term tenant demand. Our steady growth in the retail sector has now expanded into the industrial and multifamily sectors.

Excellence in Execution

A great strategy means nothing without disciplined execution. At Chase Properties, we excel in retail, industrial, and multifamily real estate, leveraging data-driven decision-making to identify the right opportunities—and walk away from the wrong ones. Our disciplined approach has fueled steady growth, even during economic downturns, allowing us to capitalize on opportunities.

With a proven track record of securing favorable terms with top tenants across all asset classes, we ensure the long-term value and strength of our properties. Our success comes from understanding market dynamics, anticipating trends, and negotiating from a position of insight and strategy.

Building for the Future

Under the leadership of Andy Kline and Yoel Mayerfeld, Chase Properties has evolved into a vertically integrated private equity real estate firm, expanding beyond retail into multifamily and industrial assets. Since joining in the early 2000’s, Andy and Yoel have driven strategic growth—diversifying our portfolio, broadening our investor base, and strengthening our tenant mix.

While staying true to our founding principles, we continue to scale with a vision of excellence. Through disciplined acquisitions, strong financial stewardship, and a commitment to long-term value, we are building a future that positions Chase Properties as a leader in commercial real estate investment.

Looking Ahead

At Chase Properties, our core strategy remains unchanged. With nimble decision-making structures and a team of dedicated professionals who hold each other to a high standard, we efficiently execute opportunities in retail, multifamily, and industrial real estate. Our strategic partnerships strengthen our ability to acquire and manage high-quality commercial assets, ensuring long-term growth and stability.

As we look to the future, we’ll achieve our goals without losing sight of our past and without sacrificing the pillars of our success.

Today and in the future.
