development and acquisition of community shopping centers. Chase
currently owns and operates over 5,000,000 sq. ft. of shopping center
space in the eastern half of the United States. A few of our anchor
tenants include Target, T.J. Maxx, J.C. Penney, Lowes, Walmart and Kohls.
