Stuart F. Kline

Stuart Kline is Chairman and owner of Chase Properties.  He founded Chase Properties in 1973 with a partner who retired from the business in 2000. Stuart has devoted substantially his entire professional career to the acquisition and development of shopping centers.  He is also past Chairman of the Board of Ohio Commerce Bank. He has served in leadership roles on numerous non-profit Boards, including Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital (Board Chair), Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio (Board Chair), Jewish Federation of Cleveland (Chair of the Finance & Investment Committee), Shaker Heights Youth Center (President), and Oakwood Club (President). He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and a member of their Quality and Professional Affairs Committee and the President’s Advisory Committee.

Stuart is a graduate of The Wharton School of Finance, University of Pennsylvania (B.S. Economics) and New York Law School (Juris Doctor).   He has been admitted to the New York and Ohio bars, but is not engaged in the active practice of law. Stuart enjoys playing tennis, and spending time with his wife, Terri, and his family.
