David Eli

David Eli is Senior Counsel at Chase Properties and served as General Counsel from 1989-2019.  Dave works with General Counsel, Kristen Nelsen, on legal matters involving all aspects of the company’s business.  Dave’s involvement in the practice of real estate law began in 1979 and he has specialized in the field of shopping center law since 1983.  Dave received an undergraduate degree from Kent State University and a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Akron School of Law.  Dave is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He and his wife enjoy playing golf and dining at area restaurants.
