Chad Gardner

Chad serves as Chase Properties’ Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations.

Prior to joining Chase Properties, Chad spent nearly five years with Chicago-based real estate investment firm, Green Courte Partners, where he served as Vice President/Controller and oversaw financial reporting, tax compliance and cash management, for a portion of the company’s portfolio of real estate assets. Before his time at Green Courte Partners, Chad worked in the real estate tax practice at KPMG, LLP where his primary responsibilities consisted of federal and state income tax return preparation, tax conformity research and REIT compliance testing for clients in the private equity sector.

A Certified Public Accountant and proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where he earned both a BS/BA and Master of Accounting degree, Chad now lives in Strongsville, OH with his wife, Katie, and their two young children. Chad is an avid Cleveland sports fan that enjoys golfing in his free time.
