Transformation of Wilshire Plaza in Mishawaka, Indiana

BEACHWOOD, Ohio–Chase Properties, a Beachwood, Ohio based owner and operator of shopping centers, announces the execution of the following six (6) retail leases at Wilshire Plaza in Mishawaka, Indiana; HomeGoods, DSW, Carter’s, OshKosh, Christopher & Banks and Visionworks. Wilshire Plaza is a 96% leased 350,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, HomeGoods, Fresh Thyme and Hobby Lobby.
Wilshire Plaza is a prime example of Chase Properties’ thesis of owning high-quality shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets. “We are thrilled about the transformation that is occurring by adding these best-in-class retailers to the merchandising mix at Wilshire Plaza.
