Chase Properties Announces the Acquisition of Lexington Place in Lexington, South Carolina

Chase Properties Ltd., a Beachwood, Ohio-based owner and operator of shopping centers, announces the acquisition of Lexington Place shopping center in Lexington, South Carolina. Lexington Place is an approximately 83,000 square foot shopping center that is anchored by TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Rack Room Shoes and Dress Barn. The property is shadow-anchored by Publix and Kohl’s. Cushman and Wakefield brokered the sale.

Lexington is a growing sub-market within the Columbia, South Carolina MSA. Other major retailers within close proximity to Lexington Place are Super Walmart, Target, Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Lexington Place is Chase Properties’ fifth acquisition over the past year as the company continues to focus on acquiring high quality shopping centers in secondary and tertiary markets.
