Location
Secondary and tertiary markets in the Eastern half of
the United States

Tenancy
Strong national or regional anchors

Size
Approximately 50,000 square feet or greater

Chase Properties is seeking to acquire high quality stabilized shopping centers, as well as properties that have redevelopment, renovation or re-tenanting potential
