Chase properties is seeking shopping centers that are:
- Well located
- 100,000 square feet or greater
- Traditional Quality Properties, Value Added or High Yield
- Located anywhere in the Eastern half of the U.S.
Celebrating our 32nd year, Chase Properties' major focus has been the development and acquisition of community shopping centers. Chase currently owns and operates over 5,000,000 square feet of shopping center space in Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Virginia, Iowa, Indiana, Alabama, and Kentucky. Anchor tenants include Target, T.J. Maxx, J.C. Penney, OfficeMax, Circuit City, Wal Mart, Toys 'R Us, Books-A-Million, and various supermarket chains.
